Shipping Policy

How quick will my take for my order to be processed and sent? 



Orders made before 2pm Monday-Friday will be processed and sent the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed and sent the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).Please note we do not dispatch at the weekend. 



You will receive an order confirmation email once you have paid for your items and another email when your order has been shipped.

UK orders 



How much do you charge for shipping and what postage service do you use?

UK delivery prices cover UK Mainland Delivery Inc Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office)

We offer free shipping for all UK orders sent with our Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service shipping service!

All our UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 service.
This service provides full end-to-end tracking.

Please note if you have made a large order we may send your order in two separate packages, you will receive tracking information for both of these parcels.

International Orders


We ship to all countries worldwide!
 International postage prices are determined by the weight of your item, you can view these before you checkout on your cart on the top right hand corner of the page and at checkout.


All international orders are sent with Royal Mail’s International Tracked service.
This service provides full end-to-end tracking with online delivery confirmation.

Please note that we can only send parcels up to 2kg internationally. If you have placed a large order with us and it will not let you checkout, it is because the weight of your total items is over 2kg. Please split your items into two orders. Orders over 150 euros (including shipping) will also be subject to customs fees and duties when arriving in the customers receiving country. If you order in two separate packages (under 150 euros) you will be able to pre pay the customs fees and duties.

EU Orders

Customs Duties Fees and Import Tax on EU orders

For EU orders under 150 euros



All international orders are subject to customs duties and import tax in the receiving country. All EU orders under 150 euros (including shipping) are sent with an IOSS service which means that the customer pays for the customs duties and taxes at the checkout on our website. This means that they do not have to pay customs duties and taxes once the item arrives in their country. If you would like to place a large order with us,  we strongly recommend placing two separate orders under 150 euros so you can pre pay the customs duties and taxes. Otherwise the customer has to pay customs duties and taxes in their country before the item gets released to them. This mean that the customer will not be aware of the cost of these fees until the package arrives in their country.



For EU orders over 150 euros



All EU orders over the value of 150 euros (including shipping) unfortunately cannot be sent with the IOSS service. This means that customs duties and taxes cannot be pre paid on our website and will need to be paid in the customers receiving country. As mentioned above, we strongly recommend placing two separate orders under 150 euros so you can pre pay the import taxes and duties on our website. This will mean that your parcel will get delivered straight to you with the customs duties and taxes pre paid.

Orders from Rest of World (All other countries excluding EU)

Customs duties and Fess for Rest of World Outside of EU



All customs duties and import taxes for countries outside of the EU will need to be paid once the parcel arrives in the customers country, once these are paid the parcel will then be released from customs and sent to the customers shipping address. Black Pearl Shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local customs before ordering.  Unfortunately our courier Royal Mail does not currently offer a service for customers to pre pay these customs duties and taxes outside of the EU.

How do I check the status of my order?



When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 1 week of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blackpearlshop.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
