How quick will my take for my order to be processed and sent?

Orders made before 2pm Monday-Friday will be processed and sent the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed and sent the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Please note we do not dispatch at the weekend. 

You will receive an order confirmation email once you have paid for your items and another email when your order has been shipped.


How much do you charge for shipping and what postage service do you use?

UK Mainland Delivery Inc Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office)

We offer free shipping for all UK orders over £48. 
All our UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 24 & 48 service. This service provides full end-to-end tracking.

For orders less than £48 our shipping rates are:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 working day delivery aim)
£3.79


Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Next working day delivery aim)
£4.62

We advise you to group your items in one order as we can not guarantee that two or more orders placed independently will be dispatched together and shipping fees may apply to each.

International Delivery
We ship to all countries worldwide!
International postage prices are determined by the weight of your item, these will be calculated at checkout.
All orders placed outside of the UK are sent with Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed service.
This service provides full end-to-end tracking with a signature* on delivery and delivery confirmation.



Europe Delivery Aim - 3-5 working days

A signature may not be required now as part of the Covid-19 social distancing measures.

International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East

I live outside the UK, will I get charged Import Fees & Duty?

 If you live outside of the UK Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes , which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Black Pearl Shop Itd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Please check with your local customs before ordering

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 4 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@blackpearlshop.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
