Returns Policy
We hope you love your new item, however if you need to return or exchange your order we are here to help. You've got 30 days from when your order arrives to send it back. The good news is we offer free UK exchanges!
For UK returns head over to our returns portal here and enter your email address to get started. All returns/exchanges must be registered through our returns portal otherwise we will not be able to accept them.
UK Returns/Exchanges
Return postage costs £3.50 to send your item back for a full refund. This will be deducted from your refund, we will send a the shipping label via email once we have accepted your return request.
We offer free UK exchanges! On the return portal please write in the notes that you would like an exchange and please state what item you would like to exchange for. We will send a pre paid shipping label to you via email once we have accepted your return request please note this can take up to 2 working days during busy periods.
Your return will be processed within 3 working days of posting back to us and we will issue a refund. Please note the length of time it takes to reach your account depends on your bank provider.
All items must be returned in brand new condition, in their original packaging with labels attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, smell, or have dirt/animal hair on.

International Returns
We do not provide returns labels for international orders at this time, the cost of return postage must be covered by the customer.
We are unable to provide exchanges for international orders.
It can sometimes take a little longer for international parcels to reach us, if you haven't received your refund within 30 days please contact us with your order number and return tracking reference.

Faulty Items
In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item please follow the steps below:
On the returns portal please select “faulty” and email us photos of the issue at info@blackpearlshop.co.uk. We will review the photos first before accepting the return request please check terms and conditions below*.
Terms & Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
* Our standard returns policy is 30 days from the date you received your order.
* Refunds can only be processed to the original payment methods used to purchase. In the event a Gift Card is used to partially pay for an order, the gift card will be refunded in the first instance before any alternative payment methods are refunded.
* Bikinis are non-refundable, please check the size guide on the product listing before purchase.
* Black pearl Shop has the right to refuse the return of an item if the item is not brand new and in resaleable condition. Your return may be rejected if items fail to meet resale standards unwashed, unworn, with no marks or dirt and with the original tags.
* No shipping costs or customs charges can be refunded by Black Pearl Shop Ltd
* Sale items purchased on our website can be returned and exchanged as usual.
* *Black Pearl Shop Ltd has the right to decline the return of a faulty item if the fault has been caused by the customer and not from a manufacturers fault. However if the fault is due to a defected product we will send you a prepaid postage label and once we receive the return, we will refund the item cost.
* Black Pearl Shop Ltd reserves the right to cancel any accepted order prior to delivery at our discretion and refund the order, in the case of stock errors.
