We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all online orders!

Returns Policy

If you would like to return an item please contact us at info@blackpearlshop.co.uk with 14 days of receiving your item to notify us. In your email please quote your order number. When packaging an item for return please ensure products are in their original packaging with tags and unused. So that we can identify your order please include a note in your package with your name and order number stating you would like to return the item.

Once we have received the item and checked its condition we can then refund the amount paid.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange an item please contact us at info@blackpearlshop.co.uk with 14 days of receiving your item to notify us you would like to exchange. In your email please quote your order number and let us know which item you would like to exchange for/ which size etc. We are also happy to recommend items if you are looking for something in particular!
If the item you exchange for is cheaper than the original item you ordered we will refund the difference to you.

Order Cancellation


If you would like to cancel your order please contact us before 2pm if you order in the morning, or by 2pm the next day if you ordered the item in the afternoon/evening. We send out orders very quickly and will have already packaged and sent your item otherwise!

Faulty Items

We are a small team, however we always try our very best to check the items we send are the best quality. In rare circumstances something might slip through the net please contact us as soon as you notice the fault via email with a photo of the fault. Please return the item to our address and we will refund you as soon as we receive it.

If your item breaks within 30 days please contact us as mentioned above. Please note that clothes must be washed and cared for with the washing instructions stated on the product page on the website.
