Here are a list of the latest posting dates to ensure your parcel arrives before Christmas day, make sure you order before these dates if you are buying a Christmas present!

Whilst we make an effort to keep the prices as reasonable in comparison with local markets for our valued customers Black Pearl Shop reserves the right to correct the prices at our own discretion as and when/if necessary. Once your order has been processed, Black Pearl Shop will not change the prices from the ones the user acknowledged and agreed to when purchased on-line.
Price differences between the website and Black Pearl Shop products ‘in store’ may vary and we reserve the right to change these prices at our sole discretion.

Contract of Sale
An automated email confirmation will be sent which will include the full cost of the goods in invoice form and confirmation of dispatch. Orders will be posted to the address stated by you the customer. All items displayed on the website are in stock (unless specified otherwise i.e. certain colours or sizes) and will be sent by post within 48 hours Monday – Friday.
For items which are out of stock, we will promptly remove them from the website until new stock arrives. If you missed out on a wanted item, please email us through our contact page and we can give you more information on new delivery dates and process your order via email or at a later date.
In the event that you, the customer, purchase an item which transpires to be out of stock, you will be contacted as soon as possible and offered an alternative date for delivery (once new stock has arrived), the opportunity to reconsider your order or suitable exchange upon request. We will then send you an email to confirm the dispatch of your order, and only at this point a contract between the two parties for the sale of the product is created.
