Exchange Policy

Black Pearl Shop operates an EXCHANGE policy, in place of a returns policy based on 15 days as of when your order was received. In the event you, the customer, would like to exchange a product for whatever reason please ensure that you write your order number, postal code and contact details within the returns package. Without this information we will not know who has returned the item and we will not be able to process the return.

We would suggest that you keep a note of your order number in case you need to contact us regarding your return and subsequent exchange.

Please also ensure you write down what product (s) you would like to exchange them for and in what sizes if applicable. You can contact us through our contact page and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 15 days of receiving the item. Once received, we will offer the exchange and process the shipment.

Returns – Faulty Items

Faulty items are dealt with individually at the discretion of Black Pearl Shop Ltd. Certain goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected and agreed by Black Pearl Shop Ltd as faulty. Please return your goods to us. Once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or full refund.

In addition, returned items that are damaged through the fault of the consumer may not be entitled to a full refund, we advise you package your returns carefully and send with recorded delivery service.

Guidelines

We strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and traceable as all goods are the customer’s responsibility until they have reached Black Pearl Shop. You must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession and they will be returned at the customers cost. All goods must be returned within 7 days of the requested cancellation.

All goods should be returned with their original labels and packaging in appropriate wrapping for transit. Please do not send goods returned with postage labels attached to the products directly or onto the product packaging as to prevent damage. We reserve the right to refuse to accept products which are returned this way. If you do not ensure reasonable care and goods are returned damaged, we may refuse a refund as this is a breach of this statutory right.

If you fail to return the goods following your cancellation request we may send a courier to you at your expense to collect the goods. This cost will be deducted from your total refund. If you still fail to return goods we can charge you the direct cost of recovery and may claim against you for breach of your statutory duty.

These terms apply to using the Black Pearl Shop web site. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
